Who We Are

PXP Financial has many years of experience shaping and leading innovation in the payments space. Today, we have 200 employees from 25 nationalities working across offices in the UK, Austria, Bulgaria, India, the Netherlands and the US.

Our Executive Team

Our management team has many years of experience within the payments industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering a world-class service to all of our clients and partners. They inspire and unite our diverse 200-strong team of experts to ensure we exceed customer expectations delivering expertise and enthusiasm to your business.


Koen Vanpraet

Group CEO

Koen started his career in technology markets and telecom and has since then worked in the financial technology space for 9 years, in senior roles with the likes of Global Collect/Ingenico and Credorax. As a Group CEO of PXP's family of companies, Koen is responsible for developing and growing the business globally with the help of the leadership team at PXP Financial. Leveraging technology and key partner relationships, and focusing on delighting clients are key ingredients of the business plan.


Jonathan Bell

Group CFO

Jonathan has 20 years’ experience in the industry, and was previously CFO, UK and EMEA, at AON Benfield. At PXP Financial, Jonathan and his team will look for ways to serve both customers and the business better through speed, quality and efficiency of service, and the range of products we offer. Jonathan is also responsible for oversight of legal, compliance and internal controls for the UK and European entities.


Kamran Hedjri

CEO, USA

Kamran’s passion for payments started in 1995 at Europay and developed further when he joined BWIN. Here he shaped the company’s payment strategy and helped it to gain over 20m customers and to grow in 27 countries across Europe, North and South America. As a next step, Kamran founded CQR/Kalixa payment group by establishing three companies: CQR Payment Solutions (gateway), CQR UK (acquiring) and Vincento (issuing). Kamran has remained with the Group as a board director and is now responsible for the US expansion.

PXP FINANCIAL IS A PRINCIPAL MEMBER OF VISA AND MASTERCARD, MSP ACQUIRER TPP AND IS PCI LEVEL I CERTIFIED.
